The Website no longer takes orders, runs a presale, or offers newsletter or waitlist sign-up. This policy explains what we still collect, and what we hold from the presale and refund process.
Joy Tech Global Limited (BVI) ServiceCo Ltd., a British Virgin Islands (“BVI”) business company (“Joy Tech”, “we”, “our” or “us”) and its affiliates understand that your privacy is important to you (a “User”). This Privacy and Cookies Policy (the “Policy”) explains how we collect, process, share and protect your information when you visit playonjoy.com, including all pages within it (the “Website”).
This Policy forms part of the Terms of Use. The BVI Data Protection Act (as revised) (“DPA”) governs the use of Personal Data by BVI entities, including Joy Tech, and this Policy has been prepared in accordance with the DPA. Capitalised terms bear the meanings given in the DPA unless the context requires otherwise. Joy Tech is the Data Controller for the purposes of the DPA.

We collect information automatically as you use the Website, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs and how you use the Website.
1.2 When you contact us
If you email us, we collect your email address and anything you include in your message, such as a wallet address or claim reference.

We no longer collect new information through these features. We hold the information already collected as described in Section 8.

We use personal information to:

4. Cookies and tracking technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies on the Website. Cookies are small text files placed on your device. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling them may affect how the Website works.
- Essential cookies are needed for the Website to function.
- Analytical cookies help us understand how people use the Website. We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) to collect usage data such as page views, session length and interactions. Google's privacy policy applies to data collected by these services.
- Marketing cookies may be set by tags managed through GTM.
5. Third-party services
- Blockchain networks. Genesis Pass mints took place on public blockchain networks, and Genesis Run scores are recorded on Somnia. We do not control these networks, and blockchain records are public and permanent.
- Wallet connections. Wallet connections use Reown (formerly WalletConnect), which may collect connection metadata under its own privacy policy.
- Payment services. Helio and Shopify processed some presale transactions. The Website no longer uses them for new payments, but they may hold records of past transactions under their own privacy policies.

Blockchain records are permanent and cannot be deleted by us or anyone else.

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the personal data we hold against unauthorised or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
